These are resources <b>for</b> individual artists. It's unclear to me if this is a good idea to do this here, or if other organizations do it better. I am also nervous about confusion about the audience for this site. As long as it clear what's for administrators/organizations and what's for artists, then I think it's ok.
 
One argument in favor of these resources living here is that many organizations that *do* support individual artists are often asked for resources like this, so it seems silly for every foundation and arts agency to reinvent the wheel.
 
TODO: Lots more to add here, and probably many more categories once we start compiling more resources

These are resources for individual artists. It's unclear to me if this is a good idea to do this here, or if other organizations do it better.
